Delete your PlanRight account

After verifying your account email, you can delete your account here without the app.

Deletion removes the server-side email-to-account link and verification codes, invalidates all sign-in sessions, and ends access to this account’s membership and usage state. Registering the same email again creates a new account; previous purchases do not transfer.

Some order and transaction records, purchase-delivery deduplication receipts, a non-login deletion marker, and abuse-prevention records may be retained for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Retained records do not restore the deleted account.

This page does not delete schedules in your device’s system calendar or data stored locally on your device. Manage those on the device.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel automatic renewal in Google Play subscriptions. Mainland China membership purchases are for a fixed term and do not renew automatically.
